Hello!

Today I'm talking about my town, Banyoles.

Banyoles is a small city in the north east of Spain, Catalunya.

This is famous because there is a big lake in it! In the lake you can go swimming, fishing and kayaking. The lake is very famous because in 1992 there were the kayaking championship for the olimpic games!
In Banyoles there are good teams for swimming, playimg handball or playing basketball.

There's a legend that says that in the lake there was a dragon and he ate people!
In Banyoles there are also beautiful buildings in the city centre. But, in the park 'La Draga' there is a very important historic site, in the past there lived neolitic people!
